I'm a passionate leader and practitioner dedicated to creating meaningful change in communities and organisations. With a strong foundation in both strategic leadership and hands-on practice, I bring a unique blend of skills to drive authentic, collaborative approaches to growth and development.

Professional Experience
I have developed extensive expertise across community development, children and young people's services, finance, and health services. My career spans public, private and third sector organisations, where I've successfully led community-driven initiatives, developed programmes for children and families, and consulted for organisations on areas of development, growth and change.

Current Focus
I'm currently working as a consultant with areas of work including strengthening co-production practices, supporting organisational growth through strategic project management, coordinating high-value tender processes, advising senior management teams and preparing organisations for accreditation standards. I am also delivering training to a range of organisations through Digital Bricks.
